Forgejo renders "Bones & Weights" as #bones-weights, not #bones--weights,
so the table of contents entry and the FAQ link both missed their target.

The sub-panels are now grouped by what they act on: Materials, Mesh
Cleanup, Shape Keys, Bones & Weights, and Atlas Generation last. Rewrite
Optimization.md to match, turn Mesh-Tools.md into a pointer to its new
homes, and fix links and anchors on the pages that referenced the old
panel names.

Rework the wiki for the reorganized interface and new features:
- New pages: Converters, Merge & Attach, Translation, Mesh Tools,
Bone Tools, UV Tools
- Remove old pages (MMD Options, Custom Model Creation, Other Options)
- Document Fix MMD Model in Quick Access, multi-service translation,
UV/Bone tools, glTF import
- Blender 5.1 & 5.2 support (5.2 LTS recommended); drop Blender 5.0
- Point older versions to the Disroot legacy releases/wiki
- Remove Discord/website references; link the new Git repository
