Strip emoji variation selectors to clear Unicode warnings
Forgejo flagged invisible (U+FE0F variation selectors on colour emoji)
and confusable (U+2139 info-source letter) characters. Remove all FE0F
selectors and replace the info-source glyph, so the wiki no longer trips
the invisible/ambiguous Unicode warnings.

Note upcoming removal of Material Combiner and Immersive Scaler
Add warnings that the external Material Combiner (atlas) is removed in
Cats 5.2.4.0 and Immersive Scaler in 5.2.5.0, both replaced by built-in
tools, since neither is maintained upstream anymore.

Rework the wiki for the reorganized interface and new features:
- New pages: Converters, Merge & Attach, Translation, Mesh Tools,
Bone Tools, UV Tools
- Remove old pages (MMD Options, Custom Model Creation, Other Options)
- Document Fix MMD Model in Quick Access, multi-service translation,
UV/Bone tools, glTF import
- Blender 5.1 & 5.2 support (5.2 LTS recommended); drop Blender 5.0
- Point older versions to the Disroot legacy releases/wiki
- Remove Discord/website references; link the new Git repository
