Strip emoji variation selectors to clear Unicode warnings
Forgejo flagged invisible (U+FE0F variation selectors on colour emoji)
and confusable (U+2139 info-source letter) characters. Remove all FE0F
selectors and replace the info-source glyph, so the wiki no longer trips
the invisible/ambiguous Unicode warnings.

Add firmer Fix MMD Model warning about misuse reports
Make clear that running Fix MMD Model on a non-MMD/VRM model despite the
warnings is on the user, and such issues will be closed with a pointer
back to the warnings. Added to both Converters and Quick Access.

Rework the wiki for the reorganized interface and new features:
- New pages: Converters, Merge & Attach, Translation, Mesh Tools,
Bone Tools, UV Tools
- Remove old pages (MMD Options, Custom Model Creation, Other Options)
- Document Fix MMD Model in Quick Access, multi-service translation,
UV/Bone tools, glTF import
- Blender 5.1 & 5.2 support (5.2 LTS recommended); drop Blender 5.0
- Point older versions to the Disroot legacy releases/wiki
- Remove Discord/website references; link the new Git repository
