Strip emoji variation selectors to clear Unicode warnings
Forgejo flagged invisible (U+FE0F variation selectors on colour emoji)
and confusable (U+2139 info-source letter) characters. Remove all FE0F
selectors and replace the info-source glyph, so the wiki no longer trips
the invisible/ambiguous Unicode warnings.

Clarify support policy and update 5.1 EOL to 7 Oct 2026
Document the two-versions-at-a-time policy (one minor + one LTS): minor
support drops ~a week after the next minor, the previous LTS is kept for
a month after a new LTS, and older versions may get bug patches only.

Give the Currently Supported table an End of Life column: Blender 5.1
EOL 18 Sep 2026 (3 months after the 5.1 release), and 5.2 LTS EOL one
month after the next Blender LTS (date TBD).

Rework the wiki for the reorganized interface and new features:
- New pages: Converters, Merge & Attach, Translation, Mesh Tools,
Bone Tools, UV Tools
- Remove old pages (MMD Options, Custom Model Creation, Other Options)
- Document Fix MMD Model in Quick Access, multi-service translation,
UV/Bone tools, glTF import
- Blender 5.1 & 5.2 support (5.2 LTS recommended); drop Blender 5.0
- Point older versions to the Disroot legacy releases/wiki
- Remove Discord/website references; link the new Git repository
